With the new Drip-Safe™ guard, the updated Clean-Roll roll-up door not only satisfies expectations for increased productivity and lower maintenance costs, it also meets compliance standards in the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other food safety programs.

The Clean-Roll was redesigned to further prevent adulteration and contamination. The new system features the Drip-Safe™ guard-- a fully automated pneumatic drip-catch tray that moves under the roll drum when the door opens. When in place, the tray catches any last drop of liquid residue from falling onto product as it safely passes through the doorway. The tray automatically moves out of the threshold and back to the original position, allowing the door close. The original Clean-Roll featured a patented drip guard on the header and a sloped-edge bottom bar to reduce dripping. The new drip-catch tray dramatically improves these hygienic benefits of the door.
