With input from pharmaceutical engineers in the United States and Europe, the Pharma-Swing SSS (Single Swinging Stainless) is designed to meet cGMP guidelines, and to be the tightest sealing, most reliable swinging door available today.

The door is offered in a variety of models with options to meet any pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, biochemical or clean room application. The panels are fully seamless, 16 gauge 304 or 316 stainless steel, with 14 gauge reinforcing channels. The frame has a seamless face with a single rabbet for easy cleaning. Available in manual or powered versions, the Pharma-Swing SSS is engineered and manufactured to provide the clean lines and reliability required for uninterrupted operations.

Panel Construction

Seamless, 16 gauge stainless steel skin with optional 18, 14 and 12 gauges. Panel uses 14 gauge reinforcing channels with a polystyrene foam core. Other core options include polypropylene plastic honeycomb.

Easy to Clean

Stainless steel panel is seamless on all sides with a #4 finish for easy cleaning. Optional window is flush with door panel. Optional hospital stops to eliminate build-up around the rabbet at the floor level.

Standard Hardware

Stainless steel push/pull handle, with no visible fasteners, is standard. Corrosion resistant, hold-open closer hardware and stainless steel, ball bearing hinges are supplied pre-prepped for easy installation.

Safety

Fully adjustable hold-open closer hardware allows the door to be held open when moving equipment and close slowly or quickly to meet your application.

Hardware Options

Optional hardware includes electric strikes, maglocks, stainless steel panic bars and a variety of security locks.

Custom interlocking sequences are available for any numberof doors.

The standard Pharma-Swing SSS is a manual door.

Frame has a standard 2-inch face with a 4-inch head available for automatic operation and all four corners are seamless. Corners are reinforced and mitered with an option for solder.

Powered Operator Option

Optional 120V, single phase, swing door operator is available.

Full-perimeter jamb seals and adjustable blade gasket sweep are standard.

Standard Hardware Package

All standard hardware is supplied with internal panel reinforcement and pre-prepped at the factory. Stainless steel push/pull handles, corrosion resistant hold-open closer and stainless steel, ball bearing hinges are all standard.
