With input from pharmaceutical engineers in the United States and Europe, the Pharma-Swing PF is designed to meet cGMP guidelines, and to be the tightest sealing, most reliable pair of swinging doors available today. These doors are offered in a variety of models with options to meet any pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, biochemical or clean room application.

The panels are constructed of fully seamless, heavy-duty fiberglass and designed to meet the rigorous industry standards for safety and impact. Available in manual or powered versions, the Pharma-Swing PF is engineered and manufactured to provide the clean lines and reliability required for uninterrupted facility operations.

Panel Construction

1-3/4 inch thick heavy-duty fiberglass panels with a polyurethane coating. Fiberglass backing for all mounted hardware. Core injected with 2 lb. minimum density closed cell foam to insure no voids and to provide a positive bond.

Easy to Clean

Panels are seamless on all sides with a durable finish. Hinges are flush mounted. Optional windows are flush with the door panel.

Standard Hardware

Stainless steel push/pull handles, with no visible fasteners, are standard. Corrosion resistant, hold-open closers and stainless steel, ball bearing hinges are supplied pre-prepped for easy installation.

Hardware Options

Optional hardware includes, electric strikes, hospital push/pull handles, maglocks, stainless steel panic bars and a variety of security locks.

Interlocking

Custom interlocking sequences are available for any number of doors.

Optional Powered Operator

Optional 120V, single phase, swing door operator is available. Consult the factory for information about available controllers and activators.

Pharma-Swing™ PF Door

Standard Size:

Up to 10 feet wide by 10 feet high.

Door Panels:

Constructed of heavy-duty, 100% fiberglass reinforced polymer panels with internal fiberglass tube backing. Panels are 1-3/4 inches thick and are reinforced at all hardware positions. Panel cores are injected with 2 lb. minimum density closed cell foam. Bright white is standard color. Consult factory for color options.

Frame:

Standard frame depth is 5-3/4 inches with a 2-inch face. 4-inch head available for automatic operation. Fiberglass frame is supplied as knock-down with additional reinforcement at hinge, lock and closer locations. Jamb sections and head bar are secured together by interlocking fiberglass reinforced angles and stainless steel screws. Jamb thickness is 3/16 inch. Jambs may be mounted using standard anchors. Optional stainless steel frame is available.

Door Seals:

Full-perimeter jamb seals and adjustable blade gasket sweeps are standard.

Hardware Package:

All standard hardware is supplied pre-prepped with internal panel reinforcement. Stainless steel push/pull handles, corrosion resistant hold-open closers and stainless steel, ball bearing hinges are all standard.

Optional Powered Operator:

Warranty:

Five-year limited warranty on the door panels against corrosion induced failure and defects in workmanship. Ten-year limited warranty on closers and three-year limited warranty on hardware.
