Evaluation, Selection and Sales Assistance
At Rytec, support starts before the sale. Rytec representatives are recognized authorities on material handling, productivity and employee safety. To ensure fit, form and function, representatives from our national and regional sales offices will help select the door that’s right for your application and environment.
Local Service, Dealers and Support
Our national network of local dealers and installers enables us to serve customers quickly and efficiently - wherever you are, whatever the job calls for. In addition to emergency repair, our local dealers can coordinate annual maintenance through Rytec’s Cycle Plus planned maintenance program to ensure the longevity and reliability of your doors.
National Help Desk
Our dedicated Customer Support Team and Help Desk are ready to answer questions, provide technical assistance and owner’s manuals, or troubleshoot any problems. Our comprehensive customer database maintains a complete history of all Rytec doors to track problems, identify the root cause and quickly develop a solution.
Fly-In Program
Rytec customers and potential customers are invited to visit our corporate office and manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. Visitors are provided a guided plant tour, are introduced to the Rytec Team, and can witness first hand why Rytec drives the door industry.
Service School
Rytec service-training school introduces students to the electrical and mechanical aspects of installation, operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of Rytec doors. Developed for customers, dealers and field installers, our comprehensive two-day courses are led by professional trainers at Rytec training facilities. The course format combines class lecture, demonstration, and hands-on experience to ensure a solid grasp of the information. In addition to learning about door activators, motors, limits, and preventative maintenance procedures, the classes cover the most recent Rytec innovations. Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of completion is issued to each student. |
