Our profit sharing program sets aside at least 10 cents out of every dollar that Nucor, Rytec’s parent company. earns before taxes. So far Nucor has paid out over $2 billion to teammates.

Scholarships

Our scholarship program helps every child of every teammate to go to college with $4,000 per year for 4 years. We’ve paid out over $97 million to date.
