Currently transitioning on select models, it features all System 4® functionality and brings even more to the Rytec portfolio of high-performance doors. Its 24VDC power supply is nearly 3x the size of original System 4 and includes standard integrated Bluetooth capability plus an additional configurable output relay. With integrated operational log memory, integrated switches and standard configurable function buttons, its power plus functionality is unparalleled – and is backward compatible with System 4® and System 3® controlled doors.

When originally released our standard System 4® Door Controller had greater functionality and unprecedented efficiency than controllers before it. Rytec’s next-generation System 4 Door Controller took performance to a whole new level. It was faster, smarter, smaller and easier to install than other high-speed door controllers. Its intelligent processor and variable frequency drive generates an energy-efficient speed curve for smooth motion, soft starting and soft stopping.

As we transition to the new System 4+, the standard System 4 still provides great functionality and is controlling thousands of doors out in the field today – but if additional connectivity is desired do not hesitate to contact your Rytec representative to see if upgrading is right for you.

BTA4 and the Exclusive Pre-Wired Premium Package

Taking advantage of the power of the System 4 Door Controller and combining it with the slimmer, smaller, state-of-the-art BTA4 remote door controller the exclusive pre-wired premium package provides architecturally enhanced aesthetics at floor level and simplifies field installation. Factory-tested, certified and warrantied, it provides factory-tested wiring preinstalled in the head assembly before shipment.
