Our highly-trained and knowledgeable Technical Support team members are available for questions regarding installation and service issues. However, due to the unpredictability of troubleshooting calls, wait times often may vary. We suggest contacting technical support prior to service if the question is known before arriving at the jobsite.

*It is crucial to provide the door serial number when contacting Technical Support.

Some technical questions such as error codes, wiring diagrams and routine maintenance instructions may be found in online resources such as our Technical Education Center or Document Resource Center.

For service and installation staff access to information on parameters, error codes, troubleshooting and more. Also includes self-paced interactive lessons from basic to intermediate skill levels to learn about Rytec products and terminology. 

Access to the TEC center requires approval and registration.
